We focus on Pakistani IT and white-collar talent — full-stack engineers, mobile devs, DevOps, data, ML, design, and product. We work with on-site teams in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, hybrid setups, and remote-PK roles paying in PKR or USD.
For most active engineering roles, the first AI-ranked shortlist of 5–10 anonymized candidates lands within 24–48 hours of you posting the JD. Niche roles (rare stacks, very senior, security clearances) can take longer — we'll tell you upfront.
Our matcher reads each CV semantically with pgvector, then Claude scores the top hits against your JD. We surface the 'why' for every ranking so you can sanity-check the fit before booking interviews — not just a list of names.
Default placement fee is 10% of annual gross compensation, payable only after the candidate accepts the offer. Volume discounts are available for ongoing pipelines. Bulk hires (5+ same role) move to a flat per-head rate — see the bulk hiring page.
Every placement comes with a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves within that window for any reason, we re-run the matcher and ship a new shortlist at no extra cost.
