Every PakRecruit placement is backed by a 30-day replacement guarantee. If the candidate leaves, we re-run the matcher and ship a fresh shortlist — no extra fee.
Most agencies treat the placement fee as the finish line. We treat it as the start of a 30-day window where we're still on the hook. If the candidate doesn't work out, we don't leave you stuck — we re-run our three-layer AI matcher against the same brief, ship a fresh ranked shortlist within 48 hours, and you don't pay the placement fee a second time.
The guarantee is automatic — it's in the agreement you sign before any shortlist, and the 30-day window is logged the moment the candidate joins. No fine print, no invoking arcane clauses, no chasing your account manager for a reply.

If the candidate we placed leaves your team within 30 calendar days of their start date — voluntarily resigns, fails to start, or is terminated for documented performance or conduct reasons — we re-run our three-layer AI matcher against your original brief and deliver a fresh ranked shortlist at no additional fee. The placement fee you already paid covers the replacement hire.
You have 30 calendar days from the candidate's official start date. We recommend emailing us the same day the candidate notifies you of departure (or the day they fail to show up) so we can start the replacement matcher immediately — but the formal claim window stays open for the full 30 days.
Yes. The replacement candidate is treated as a new placement and triggers its own 30-day guarantee window from their start date. There's no cap on consecutive replacements — we keep matching until the right candidate sticks.
Departures caused by reasons outside the candidate's control or fit: role elimination, team restructuring, material changes to the job scope or compensation after start, or significant business events (acquisitions, layoffs). The guarantee covers a mis-hire — not a change in your hiring needs.
Yes. C-suite and senior leadership placements made through our executive search service come with a 90-day replacement guarantee by default — reflecting the longer ramp window and higher cost of a senior mis-hire. Standard placements use the 30-day window.
The default remedy is a replacement hire — that's how the guarantee is structured. If a replacement isn't workable for your situation (e.g., the role is no longer needed), we'll discuss a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and we'll work it through.
