First, the fee model: executive search is billed at 15–20% of total annual compensation (vs the 8–12% standard band), reflecting the longer search timeline and direct outreach work. Second, the process: we proactively headhunt passive candidates rather than relying solely on the active pool. Third, discretion: longlists are confidential, candidate identity is gated until both sides commit, and we sign mutual NDAs by default.
Placement-fee model with retained-style rigor. You don't pay a retainer up front — the fee is due only when the executive accepts the offer. We absorb the search risk because our matcher and Pakistani exec network mean we can deliver on a contingent timeline most retained firms can't match.
Most senior leadership searches close within 6–10 weeks from brief sign-off to accepted offer. CEO and board-level searches typically run 10–14 weeks. We give you a realistic timeline at intake and update you weekly with the active pipeline.
Mutual NDA at brief sign-off. Internal team access is need-to-know. Direct outreach uses opaque language until the candidate signs an NDA themselves. Your company name is shared with shortlisted candidates only — never with sourced longlist contacts who decline early.
Standard 30-day replacement guarantee applies. For senior leadership and C-suite roles, we extend this to 90 days by default — reflecting the longer ramp window and the higher cost of a mis-hire.
